At About Space Lighting, we strive for complete satisfaction with your illumination choices; however, if your fixture isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in uninstalled, resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Fixture

  Carefully repackage the lighting unit in its original internal padding and external box to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the fixture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
