What is the standard shipping timeframe for lighting fixtures?
Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location, while custom or oversized chandeliers may require additional lead time.
Do you offer a warranty on your lighting products?
Yes, all About Space Lighting products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship to ensure your home stays bright and beautiful.
Can I return a light fixture if it doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that installed fixtures or custom orders are not eligible for return.
Are your LED bulbs included with the fixtures?
Product listings will specify if bulbs are included. Many of our integrated LED fixtures come with built-in light sources, while traditional socket fixtures usually require bulbs to be purchased separately.
Do I need a professional electrician to install your products?
For safety and to ensure your warranty remains valid, we strongly recommend that all hardwired ceiling lights, wall sconces, and pendants be installed by a licensed professional electrician.
